By Train

There are two train stations within an easy walking distance of The Broadway Bradford. Bradford Forster Square is approximately 5 minutes walk and is located in Forster Square Bradford BD1 4HY and Bradford Interchange, approximately a 10 minutes walk located on Bridge Street Bradford BD1 1TU.

By Bus

The Metro Bus Station is approximately a 10 minute walk from The Broadway Bradford and is located on Bridge Street Bradford BD1 1GY. Operators include: Arriva, First, National Express, TLC Travel, Transdev Keighley, District, Yorkshire Tiger.

By Foot

Getting to The Broadway Bradford on foot is simple. Situated in the heart of the city it is easy to find and only 5 minutes from the nearest train station.

Overnight Parking

Overnight parking is allowed, there is no direct charge for this facility, but you will be charged for the full parking day (currently defined as 06.00am until 01.00am, see terms & conditions*) for the day the vehicle was parked. The current parking charges (above) then become valid from 6am (The next full parking day*).

Parking Facilities

• 4 x 7kW Electric Vehicle Charging Bays (Located on P3). There is a 4 hour limit on the use of these bays, to allow as many customers as possible the use of this facility
• Car wash & valet service, provided by Happy Car Wash (Located on P1).
• 63 Disabled Bays, located near to the central lift lobby areas on each floor. Included in this total are 3 near to M&S, on parking level P3, & 7 close to Debenhams also on parking level P3.
• 50 Parent & Child bays, located near to the central lift lobby on each floor.
• 10 Motorcycle Bays, located on parking level P1, on the left as you turn the first corner in the car park

ANPR

The car park now uses an ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system to allow cars quicker access on entry & exit from the car park. Your ticket is now linked to your car’s licence plate & (Providing payment has been made & the plate has been recognised) when approaching the exit the barrier should raise automatically.

All contract parkers, with their licence plate installed on the system, will have the benefit of the barrier raising on both entry & exit. For terms and conditions, click here

Height Restriction

The height restriction for vehicles entering, and manoeuvring around the car park, is 2.2 metres.

Centre Management

The Centre Management suite is on Level 3 via lifts or stairs. To locate this, simply go to Charles Street outside the centre, and through the door entrance situated between Sainsbury’s and Zizzi’s.

Kiddy Cars

Kiddy Cars can be hired from the Customer Services desk located opposite M&S. Simply fill out a hire agreement and the Kiddy Car is yours for the hours you choose to stay.

Kiddy Cars cost £3/1hr or £5/2hrs for single cars, £5/1hr or £8/2hrs for double cars and the cost is taken out of your £10 refundable deposit at the end of the hire. Please note that there is a height restriction and all children need to be below 95cm. Further details on our terms and conditions are available from the Customer Services Desk.

Amazon Locker

Instead of delivering a parcel to your home or business address, you can select an Amazon Locker location and pickup your parcel at a time that’s convenient for you.

A customer orders a parcel from Amazon and has it delivered to a Locker location. Amazon’s preferred carriers deliver the packages into the kiosk, at which point the customer receives a digital pick-up code via email or text messaging. Once the unique pick-up code is input on the touch screen, the assigned door opens for package retrieval. Amazon customers have three days to collect their packages once they receive their pick-up code.

Amazon customers can also return packages to select Amazon Lockers. Amazon lockers can sometimes be full and therefore not available when a delivery is attempted. In that case customers will have to wait an unspecified amount of time until a locker is made available.

When ordering online at Amazon, select pick up location MADISON as this is the name of The Broadway Amazon Lockers. You can also find our Amazon Lockers by searching post code BD1 1JR

Wheelchair Hire

Wheelchairs are available for use from the Customer Services Desk outside M&S.  Simply fill out a hire agreement form and pay a £10 fully refundable deposit.

Cash Points

There are two cash points located within The Broadway Bradford. The first can be found within the Food Court. The second can be accessed via Petergate Mall, (see signs for car parking and toilets) and is located next to the lifts.

Accessible Toilets

There are three Disabled toilets in the centre, these can be accessed on Eastbook Mall (opposite Next), Petergate Mall (opposite Footasylum) or through the Food Court.

Baby Changing Facilities

The changing places facility can be accessed from Petergate Mall or through the Food Court. Please go to the Customer Services desk located opposite M&S if you wish to use this facility.

Lifts

The lifts in the centre can be accessed from Petergate Mall (see signs for car parking and toilets) or through the Food Court.

A set of lifts can also be accessed at Charles Street side entrance (next to Sainsburys) which will give access to Centre Management Suite, Contemplation Room and all levels of the Car Park.

Contemplation Room

The Contemplation Room, is a space where customers of any religion, or of no religion, can pray, engage in quiet reflection or engage in meditation. To locate this, simply go to Charles Street outside the centre, and through the door entrance situated between Sainsbury’s and Zizzi’s.

Parent Lounge

The parent lounge can be accessed from Petergate Mall or through the Food Court.

Toilets

The toilets can be accessed from Petergate Mall (opposite Footasylum) or through the Food Court.

Car Park

The Car Park can only be accessed via the lifts or stairs located on Petergate Mall (see signs for car parking and toilets opposite Footasylum store) or through the Food Court. For details of Parking Tariffs please click here.

Hearing Loop

Hearing loop facility is available at the Customer Services Desk outside M&S.

Changing Places Room

We have a fully fitting Changing Places facility including an adult-sized, height adjustable changing bench, hoist and plenty of space.  The room is located within the main toilet area accessed from Petergate Mall (opposite Footasylum) or through the Food Court.
