HEARING LOOP

Hearing loop facility is available at The Hub located by the central lift lobby.

TOILETS

There are two Disabled toilets, one on Petergate Mall (next to Apricot) and one on Charles Street Mall (next to Smiggle).  There are also three Accessible toilets available in the main toilet area which can be accessed from Petergate Mall (opposite Footasylum) or through the Food Court.

WHEELCHAIR HIRE

Wheelchairs are available for use from The Hub located by the central lift lobby. Simply fill out a hire agreement form and pay a £10 fully refundable deposit.

CHANGING PLACES ROOM

We have a fully fitted Changing Places facility including an adult-sized, height adjustable changing bench, hoist and plenty of space.  The room is located within the main toilet area accessed from Petergate Mall (opposite Footasylum) or through the Food Court.

CAR PARK

There are accessible bays available on each floor and these are situated near to the lifts for level access to the Mall.  For out of hours, access is via the Management Suite entrance next to Sainsbury’s.  If you require assistance using this entrance, please press the help button by the doors.

Payment can be made prior to leaving at the card pay machines situated on levels 1, 2 and 3 in the main lift lobby or by scanning the QR code on display in each lift lobby.  For details of Parking Tariffs, please click here.

SENSORY ROOM

A calm space for neurodivergent visitors to retreat to if they feel overwhelmed. The sensory room is located next to The Hub and includes mood lighting, mirrors, a musical hand and touch wall, an LED colour curtain and an acoustic bed.

QUIET HOUR

Each Tuesday and Saturday, The Broadway arrange a quiet hour between 9am to 10am. This ensures that music on the mall is turned off for a calmer shopping experience for those who may want it.
