There are various cash points within the centre, these are located on Charles Street outside Sainsbury’s and within Santander located on Petergate Mall.

FACILITIES.
TOILETS
The toilets can be accessed from Petergate Mall (opposite Footasylum) or through the Food Court. This includes three Disabled toilets.
LIFTS
The lifts in the centre can be accessed from Petergate Mall (see signs for car parking and toilets) or through the Food Court.
A set of lifts can also be accessed at Charles Street side entrance (next to Sainsburys) which will give access to Centre Management Suite, Contemplation Room and all levels of the Car Park.
CONTEMPLATION ROOM
The Contemplation Room, is a space where customers of any religion, or of no religion, can pray, engage in quiet reflection or engage in meditation. To locate this, simply go to Charles Street outside the centre, and through the door entrance situated between Sainsbury’s and Zizzi.
The Contemplation Room is open Monday to Saturday from 9am – 6pm and Sunday 11am – 5pm.
BABY CHANGING ROOM
The baby changing room can be accessed from Petergate Mall or through the Food Court.
CAR PARK
The Car Park can be accessed via the lifts or stairs located on Petergate Mall (see signs for car parking and toilets opposite Footasylum store) or through the Food Court. It can also be accessed via the side entrance on Charles Street, please use this entrance after shops have closed. For details of Parking Tariffs, select Parking at the top of the page.
HEARING LOOP
Hearing loop facility is available at The Hub located by the central lift lobby.
CHANGING PLACES ROOM
We have a fully fitting Changing Places facility including an adult-sized, height adjustable changing bench, hoist and plenty of space. The room is located within the main toilet area accessed from Petergate Mall (opposite Footasylum) or through the Food Court.
