The Hub is located by the central lift lobby.
Centre Management
The Centre Management suite is on Level 3 via lifts or stairs. To locate this, simply go to Charles Street outside the centre, and through the door entrance situated between Sainsbury’s and Zizzi.
Kiddy Cars
Kiddy Cars are available to hire from the stand outside Boots in Charles Street Mall. Simply scan the QR code on the car to download the app and register our details. Once completed all you need to do is scan the car of your choice and this will be released. As soon as the car is taken a refundable deposit of £15 will be charged to your account. The cost of the hire is £5 for one hour or £9 for all day. As soon as the car is returned the hire charges will be taken from the deposit and the remainder refunded back.
Wheelchair Hire
Wheelchairs are available for use from The Hub located by the central lift lobby. Simply fill out a hire agreement form and pay a £10 fully refundable deposit.
Amazon Lockers
Instead of delivering a parcel to your home or business address, you can select an Amazon Locker location and pickup your parcel at a time that’s convenient for you.
When ordering online at Amazon, select pick up location MADISON as this is the name of The Broadway Amazon Lockers. You can also find our Amazon Lockers by searching post code BD1 1JR
