International Women’s Day Flash Mob at The Broadway

Visitors are invited to The Broadway Bradford to celebrate International Women’s Day with the return of a vibrant flash mob performance in partnership with Yorkshire Dance.

 

The event highlights female empowerment while showcasing the power of movement, bringing together dancers from across West Yorkshire in a celebration that proves everybody can dance, regardless of age, ability or background.

 

Taking place on Friday 6 March 2026, performances will begin at 1pm and 1.30pm in the mall. Shoppers and visitors are encouraged to stop by, watch the performances and support the dancers as they bring energy and creativity to the centre.

 

Yorkshire Dance is inviting members of the public to wear purple on the day to show their support and help create a strong visual celebration of International Women’s Day.

For a limited time, a stunning, immersive floral photo zone as appeared at The Broadway. Creating a lush spring backdrop, this picture-perfect setting is designed to brighten your day and your social feed. Whether you’re visiting with friends, family or enjoying a solo shopping trip, it’s the perfect place to pause, pose and capture the moment.

 

Created to be visually striking and effortlessly shareable, the installation invites you to step inside, snap your photos and celebrate the season in style. It’s all part of creating a vibrant, uplifting atmosphere that gives you even more reason to visit, explore and enjoy everything the centre has to offer this spring.

Mother’s Day Flower Stem Workshop

Children can choose a beautiful flower stem and personalise it with delicate ribbons and a handwritten tag, creating a simple yet meaningful hand-tied gift for someone special.

Are you passionate about fashion, food or lifestyle content?
We’re launching the Broadway Creators Collective – a brand-new 12-month development programme designed to support and spotlight local creators at The Broadway Shopping Centre.
As a Broadway Creator, you will:

How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:

Each additional tagged friend counts as an extra entry.

Number of Winners
  • One (1) winner will be selected.

 

Winner Selection & Notification
