The Centre Management suite is on Level 3 via lifts or stairs. To locate this, simply go to Charles Street outside the centre, and through the door entrance situated between Sainsbury’s and Zizzi.

KIDDY CARS
Kiddy Cars are available to hire from the stand outside Boots in Charles Street Mall. Simply scan the QR code on the car to download the app and register our details. Once completed all you need to do is scan the car of your choice and this will be released. As soon as the car is taken a refundable deposit of £15 will be charged to your account. The cost of the hire is £5 for one hour or £9 for all day. As soon as the car is returned the hire charges will be taken from the deposit and the remainder refunded back.
WHEELCHAIR HIRE
Wheelchairs are available for use from The Hub located by the central lift lobby. Simply fill out a hire agreement form and pay a £10 fully refundable deposit.

AMAZON LOCKERS
Instead of delivering a parcel to your home or business address, you can select an Amazon Locker location and pickup your parcel at a time that’s convenient for you.
When ordering online at Amazon, select pick up location MADISON as this is the name of The Broadway Amazon Lockers. You can also find our Amazon Lockers by searching post code BD1 1JR
JOOS POWER
Low on battery? Pick up a portable power bank from Joos and charge your phone while you shop, dine, or relax.
Joos keeps you connected on the move, so you can keep using your mobile wallet, maps, and apps, all without waiting by a plug or leaving your phone behind.
You can rent a Joos power bank from the Joos Station inside the centre and return it to any station in our network. You can also find your nearest Joos Station or access 24/7 customer support through the Joos app.
How it works
· Scan the QR code for quick, app less rentals.
· If your phone is out of battery, simply tap your card on the contactless terminal to start your rental.
· When you are finished, drop off your power bank at any Joos Station in our national network, whichever is most convenient for you.
All Joos equipment is made from medical grade antimicrobial plastic, and our power banks are Apple MFi approved, meaning they charge safely and will not damage your device.
